This appeal comes to this Court on questions of law from a judgment entered for the defendant by direction of the Court upon defendant’s motion at the conclusion of the plaintiff’s case.

The plaintiff, a lady sixty-eight years of age, was walking north on the west side of West 61 Street from Clark Avenue toward the right of way of the defendant railroad company. When she got to the crossing she stopped while a west-bound train passed by.
