BARNES, Presiding Judge.

The Appellate Division of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation awarded Yvonne Bolden 15 months of benefits following her employer/insurer’s total failure to file notice of its intention to suspend Bolden’s benefits. The superior court affirmed that award, and the employer/insurer successfully sought discretionary review from this court. Bolden cross-appeals, challenging certain aspects of the superior court’s order.
