Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, entered October 31, 1977, vacating the order of the Commissioner of the Department of Rent and Housing Maintenance, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the order of the commissioner reinstated, with $60 costs and disbursements of this appeal to appellant. Pearce, Mayer & Greer, Incorporated, was interested in increasing the Maximum Base Rent (MBR) in residential premises owned by it in Bronx County, effective January 1, 1976.
