1Opinion of the Court

KRUEGER, Judge. —

Appellant was convicted of the offense of driving an automobile while intoxicated on the public streets in the town of Eastland in Eastland County, Texas; her punishment was assessed at a fine of $50, confinement in the county jail for a period of 30 days, and her license to operate a motor vehicle upon any public highway or road in this State was revoked for a period of twelve months.

There are some questions presented in reference to the court’s instruction which we do not deem necessary to discuss at this time in view of the disposition we are making of -the case.
