SUSAN V. KELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

Leland Christenson was a gun enthusiast who wanted to add machine guns to his collection. Nikki Lee was an experienced gun dealer who specialized in rare machine guns. The two met at a “shoot,” and forged a relationship in which Lee agreed to procure machine guns and accessories for Christenson. Although their first transaction went smoothly, the next one went South. Eventually, Lee filed bankruptcy, and Christenson filed this adversary proceeding claiming that Lee committed fraud.
