Plaintiff Barry Adamson initiated this action against several telecommunications service providers for claims arising out of certain of their billing and termination of service practices. Named as defendants were WorldCom Communications, Inc., fka MCI WorldCom Communications, Inc. (MCI), Qwest Corporation (Qwest), and American Telephone & Telegraph (AT&T). The trial court entered a judgment dismissing all claims for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff appeals.
