A jury convicted Adam Lee Hamilton (Defendant) of one count of robbery in the first degree, § 569.020, one count of assault in the first degree, § 565.050, and two counts of armed criminal action, § 571.015. 1 Because Defendant was a prior and persistent offender, the trial court imposed the sentences. Defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction.
