Abubakar Aweis Sheikh (Sheikh), a native and citizen of Somalia, petitions for review of a final order of removal of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) affirming, without opinion, the immigration judge’s (IJ) decision denying Sheikh’s application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (CAT).
