Defendant has moved to dismiss the various charges against him now outstanding before us. He has been indicted on charges of aggravated assault and simple assault, and three *684separate transcripts filed by private prosecutors charging him with the summary offenses of harassment have been forwarded by the district justice of the peace. Subsequent to the indictment and prior to the date fixed for trial, defendant had filed written motions to dismiss on the grounds of violation of Pa. R. Crim.
