MOLLISON, Judge:
We have examined the record of trial, the assignments of error,1 and the Government’s reply thereto, and have concluded that the findings and sentence are correct in law and fact and that no error materially prejudicial to the substantial rights of the appellant was committed.
Consistent with his pleas, the appellant was found guilty of one count of conspiracy to convey classified information to unauthorized persons, one count of failing to report a contact with a citizen of the Soviet Union, one count of attempted espionage, two counts of wrongful use of hashish and marijuana,…
