The appellee, a corporation of the State, of Maryland, engaged in the general surety and casualty business, filed a bill on its own behalf and on hehalf of all others similarly interested, against Charles Glaser, alleging, in substance, as follows: That on the 21st day of April, 1913, is issued a policy to Edward O.
