The Silverton Miners’ Union, Local No. 26, on behalf of which and its members this action was brought, is a local labor union located at Silverton, Colorado, and was organized under a charter granted to it in 1894. Since that time it has been a local union of two or three parent or national organizations, and at this time is subordinate to a national organization known as the International Union of Mine, Mill and Smelter Workers.
