Claimant Juan A. Jirau (“Claimant”) brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking reversal or remand of the decision by Defendant Michael J. As-true, Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”), denying Claimant’s application for Title XVI Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”).
