These are two actions of trespass on the case for negligence which were consolidated for trial before a superior court justice sitting with a jury and resulted in verdicts of $15,000 for the plaintiff in each case. They are before this court on the plaintiff’s bills of exceptions to the granting by the superior court justice of each defendant’s motion for a new trial.
