Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was convicted, upon a plea of guilty, of several counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal possession of a weapon, third degree. On appeal, defendant argues that the suppression court erred by failing to suppress evidence obtained through the use of eavesdropping warrants for defendant’s residential telephone and for two public telephones, and pursuant to a search warrant executed at defendant’s residence.
