This is a venue action growing out of three separate suits originally filed by ap-pellees, E. K. Watkins et ux., G. L. Watkins and J. T. Fellcer et al., against the same defendant, Swisher Creamery, Incorporated, appellant, each appellee claiming damages by reason of alleged injuries sustained as a result of a collision between an automobile occupied by appellees and a truck operated by appellant’s agent.
