WOLVERTON, District Judge.

The record shows that Pete Stump filed his voluntary petition in bankruptcy February 2, 1922, and was adjudged a bankrupt February 6th. The usual schedules accompanied the petition. Among the assets listed was a parcel of real property known as the northeast quarter of section 31, township 38 north, range 1 west. The bankrupt claimed certain personal property aggregating $865 as exempt, but made no claim for homestead exemption.
