Titus v. Kopacz

Per Curiam :

Plaintiffs sued to restrain construction, in Berkley’s Oakland Manor subdivision, of defendants’ proposed new dwelling. Decree having entered for plaintiffs, defendants appeal.

The chancellor, a former distinguished member of this Court, prepared and filed an opinion which so well states the facts, and the undoubtedly correct conclusions of law that are necessary to decision here, as to impel its adoption.
