Thomas Hall was seized in fee of a tract of land, containing about 100 acres, in Rutherford, and on the 24th of September 1823, leased it to William Owens for the term of thirty years thereafter rendering r'ent, and Owens entered into the premises.

Thomas Hall was seized in fee of a tract of land, containing about 100 acres, in Rutherford, and on 24 September, 1823, leased it to William Owens for the term of thirty years thereafter rendering rent, and Owens entered into the premises.
