KELLY, Judge.
This appeal and cross appeal concern a suit for damages arising out of a bigamous marriage and the distribution of all the property acquired during that void marriage. We reverse in part and affirm in part.
Appellant Earl Casey and Lena Casey were married in November, 1968, and lived together as husband and wife in Farming-ton, Missouri. No children were bom of this marriage, however, Earl had one son from a previous marriage.
