— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Martin, J.), rendered April 13, 1984, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s conviction was based upon his involvement in an altercation in a New Rochelle bar during the early morning hours of November 21, 1981.
