This is an appeal from a ruling of the Bankruptcy Court denying the Trustee’s complaint to avoid a security interest. The issue concerns two commercial vehicle lease agreements entered into by the debt- or with defendant Dealers Leasing, Inc. The Trustee alleged that the lease agreements were in fact disguised sales and security agreements and filed a complaint to avoid the allegedly unperfected security interests.
