In our original opinion we held that as this appeal is one from an order of the district court of Anderson County dissolving a temporary injunction theretofore issued out of said court restraining the sale of one piano, three suites of bedroom furniture, and other household and kitchen furniture alleged to be the exempt property of appellant, without giving the value of such furniture and piano, it was not shown that said district court had jurisdiction of the subject-matter of the suit, and hence this court had no jurisdiction to pass upon appellant’s appeal to this…
