Stephen Kruger appeals from the judgments entered on May 11, 1992, after the trial court denied his petitions for a writ of administrative mandate directing the Department of Motor Vehicles to set aside the suspension of his driver’s license (case No. NS001214) and a writ of mandate commanding the Department of Motor Vehicles to remove a notation from his driving record (case No. NS001482).
