This is an appeal from an “order” of the Circuit Court of Jackson County finding that appellant John Speight’s motion to modify a decree of dissolution of marriage was “premature”. Appellant’s motion sought to emancipate his two children and terminate his child support for them. In his motion, he asserts that his son, John, is eighteen years old and not attending a secondary school program, and should be emancipated and child support for him be terminated.
