SIMS, Justice.
This action in ej ectment was instituted by appellants to recover from appellees two' improved and adjacent lots in the town of Princeton. The trial resulted in a hung ■jury. Immediately after the jury was discharged the parties agreed that the case be submitted to the trial judge, who subsequently wrote an exhaustive opinion wherein he gave judgment in favor of appellees.
