Claimant has filed this claim to recover against the State of New York “ for the wrongful acts of the State of New York, its officers, agents and employees in unlawfully arresting and detaining the claimant herein and in maliciously and wrongfully procuring the indictment and prosecution of claimant for an alleged robbery and grand larceny.” (Claim, par. 2.)
