This is an appeal from an order of the General Term, first department, affirming an order of the Special Term, made on the 23rd day of Hovember. 1894, striking from the registry list of voters in the city of Hew York the names, among others, of the appellants, John Heilson Barry, Henry Mesier, George Gunnell, Jr., and Thomas Henry Yardley.
