*1105Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed April 8, 2009, which dismissed claimant’s appeal from a decision of the Administrative Law Judge as untimely.
In an initial determination issued by the Department of Labor, claimant was found to be eligible to collect unemployment insurance benefits.
