Appeal by the People, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dabiri, J.), dated November 16, 1995, as granted the defendant’s motion to set aside a jury verdict convicting the defendant of unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree to the extent of reducing the conviction of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree to criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.
