WOLFE, Judge.
This is an action for damages arising out of personal injuries. The plaintiff suffered the injuries when he was caused to fall by stepping into a depression in the surface of a lot maintained and used by the defendant as a truck terminal. There was a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $5,500. The defendant thereafter moved for a judgment in accordance with its motion for a directed verdict filed at the close of the plaintiff’s case and at the close of all of the evidence.
