The petitioner describes himself “ as the administrator with the will annexed of the goods, chattels and credits of Maria Armstrong, late of the county of Bergen, State of New Jersey, deceased.” The petition alleges that at the time of her death deceased was a resident of New Jersey and that she died in Boston, Mass., leaving personal property in the county and State of New York.
