This is am- appeal by appellant, Frank Godlasky, froml -a judgment and sentence by the -circuit -court of Beadle county by which appellant was sentenced to' the state penitentiary of this state for a period of 15 years pursuant to a verdict of a jury finding him¡ guilty of manslaughter, on an information *39charging appellant and one John Doe with the murder of one William D.
