Priester, for damages alleged to have resulted to him, from personal injuries sustained by her, in a collision between the automobile driven by him, in which both were riding, and a train of the defendant Southern Railway Company at a railroad crossing, near Valentine, in Hampton County on July 3, 1921; his alleged damage con-' sisted in the deprivation “of the comfort, societ)q connubial relations and aid” of his wife; the acts of negligence alleged were the failure of the railroad…
