Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (DeRosa, J.), rendered August 16, 2004, convicting him of grand larceny in the fourth degree and petit larceny, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch *711of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant failed to preserve for appellate review his precise challenge to the legal sufficiency of the evidence (see GPL 470.05 [2]; People v Gray, 86 NY2d 10, 20-21…
