John Kadylak appeals the summary judgment against his complaint of negligence against Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., for physical injuries caused by its staff captain, Sergey Denisov, during a motorcycle excursion arranged and conducted by Kadylak’s travel agency, Entertainment & Travel Alternatives, Inc. Denisov joined the excursion while off duty and at the invitation of Steven Wallach, the owner of Travel Alternatives.
