To a judgment denying an interlocutory injunction, Mrs. A. O. Ward excepted. In her petition it is alleged that she is the owner of an undivided one-fourth interest *723in certain real estate fronting on Spring Street and an undivided one-eighth interest in certain property on Peachtree Street, Atlanta. The names of the owners of the remaining undivided interests in the two properties are stated.
