Appeal on questions of law from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County, Ohio.

The appellee was a tenant in an apartment building owned and operated by the appellants. At about 10:45, A. M., he left his apartment, and on his way to a stairway leading down. to the street level, fell over a bucket left in the hallway by an employe engaged in cleaning the floors of the hallway. There is evidence that the bucket was left in the shadow of a post, and that while there were windows in the ends of the halls, that the portion of the hallway involved was dimly and inadequately…
