People v. Hameed

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Montgomery County (Aison, J.), rendered May 24, 1989, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of assault in the second degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree.

On August 2, 1988 police, fire and ambulance personnel responded to a report of a fire at 28 McElwain Avenue in the City of Amsterdam, Montgomery County, a two-family residence owned by Charles Cranker.
