Reitz, and as his children and heirs at hrw the defendants Samuel Reitz, DaArid Reitz and Jonathan Reitz. He Avas the OAvner of an estate of the value of about $20,-000, Avhich consisted of a farm of 320 acres of land, in Lancaster county, and his homestead of much less than $2,000 in value, in the village of Waverly, in sáid county, and some personal property.
