Appellants Grace Washington and Shirley Crock challenge the October 17, 2000, ruling of the Circuit Court of Harrison County affirming the decision of an administrative law judge (“ALJ”) concerning the propriety of certain actions taken by the Harrison County Board of Education (the “Board”) that resulted in the rémoval of experience credits, which affected their rate of pay, but not their seniority.
