STEPHENSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the trial court granting the application of the City of Killeen for a permanent injunction. The parties will be referred to here as they were in the trial court.

The injunction granted restrains J. Norman Wells, and other defendants named, from using the premises in question for theatrical purposes and from violating two city ordinances of the City of Killeen.
