This is an appeal from a decree of the Chancery Court of Lauderdale County extending the corporate limits of the City of Meridian.
On August 5, 1958, the City Council of the City of Meridian, acting under the provisions of Sections 3374-10, et seq., of Chapter 491 of the Laws of 1950, (Vol. 3, Recompiled, Code of 1942), passed an ordinance extending the corporation limits of the City.
