This case has been remanded to us by the Michigan Supreme Court for a determination of whether a jury instruction on gross negligence, which we found erroneous, was harmless. 429 Mich 859 (1987).

The facts of this case are set forth in our prior opinion, People v Thinel, 160 Mich App 450; 408 NW2d 474 (1987). Defendant was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, MCL 750.321; MSA 28.553, arising out of a traffic accident.
