1Opinion of the Court
In a proceeding pursuant to the Uniform Support of Dependents Law (Domestic Relations Law art 3-A), the mother appeals from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County (Marlow, J.), dated November 13, 1986, which confirmed the determination of a Hearing Examiner granting the father a downward modification of a previous child support order.
