Nautilus Insurance Company O R D E R John Wallace and Elizabeth Trase (“plaintiffs”) hired McPhail Roofing, LLC (“McPhail”) to replace the roofs on both of their houses. Shortly after McPhail finished construction, plaintiffs noticed that the roofs were leaking, and eventually replaced the roofs.
