ORDER
FORRESTER, District Judge.
This action is before the court on plaintiffs’ motion to file emergency motion and motion for stay or injunction, as well as defendant’s renewed motion for change of venue. In view of the fact that good cause has been shown for emergency treatment of plaintiffs’ motion for stay or injunction, plaintiffs’ motion to file emergency motion is GRANTED. See Local Rule 220-3.
