FOURNET, Justice.

This case was previously before us on an appeal from a judgment of the lower court refusing an interlocutory injunction to restrain the enforcement of order No. 1530 of the Louisiana Public Service Commission reducing telephone rates, and, having concluded that the plaintiff had failed to show that the commission’s order was palpably erroneous, arbitrary and confiscatory, and that the trial judge had abused his discretion in refusing to grant the interlocutory injunction, we affirmed the judgment.
