| defendant, Norwel Equipment Co., LP (“Norwel”), seeks review of the trial court’s judgment denying an exception of prescription, motion to strike and motion for summary judgment. 1 For the reasons set forth below, we reverse that portion of the trial court’s ruling denying the exception of prescription and render judgment dismissing plaintiffs’ claims against Nor-wel.
