OPINION and JUDGMENT

DALTON, District Judge.

This action is brought under section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U. S.C.A. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare. The decision rendered by the hearing examiner on June 30, 1971 held that plaintiff was under a disability from March 1968 to August *241970 and was entitled to disability insurance benefits beginning with the month of October 1968 and ending with the month of October 1970.
